Clock In From the Field
Employees can clock in using their device of choice.
When clocking in, the user selects the job and task they'll be working on.
Take a Break or Change Tasks
If a worker needs to switch jobs, or switch tasks within the same job, a Change Task button is available for just that. Users can also record their breaks.
GPS Recording
The location of each employee is recorded whenever they clock in/out, take a break, or change tasks. Location is not recorded in between clocking in/out, so users can turn their GPS off during that time to save battery.
You can view a map of the worker's location each time they used the clock. The map shows the employee's location and the job site's location for comparison.
Confirmation
Optionally, you can have each employee confirm the accuracy of their timesheet, as well as report any injuries. When enabled, this screen is shown each time an employee clocks out.
View Timesheets
Employees and managers can review timesheets each day.
Edit Timesheets
If there's a mistake in time tracking—like clocking in late—you can just edit your timesheet and fix the problem.
Edit Log
Because employees and managers are allowed to freely edit their timesheets, a change log keeps track of all edits. You can audit timesheets whenever there's a need.
Add Notes & Photos
Photos and notes can be uploaded from the field.
Weather
Select a job site to see a 5-day forecast and an hourly forecast for the current day.
Daily Report
Create a daily report, which automatically includes a list of employees, hours worked, injuries reported that day, and notes/photos for the job.
